Giz was in Aljezur and Odeceixe before and after Christmas giving four courses, two in video editing and two in comics. It was a very enriching experience which allowed boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 13 to capture images of their own land and then edit them, each producing a short 3/5 minute film. For the comics course each one had to find his or her own graphic language, from lego, drawing or using photography, each one had many different approaches. The final result was very interesting and this kind of initiatives promises to continue. We would like to highlight the strong and important commitment of the whole Oriente Project team in Aljezur.
